The mission of Washington-Wilkes Middle School is to provide a progressive education for students emphasizing academic, emotional, physical, and social development, while providing a safe environment that fosters dignity and respect for themselves and society.

The vision of Washington-Wilkes Middle School is to be a bridge enabling students to become successful and productive members of society. 

News & Announcements

WWMS FBLA students attend SLOTS

In July, three students, Jayla Butler, Sabrina Jordan and Nijavia Cade,  in the WWMS chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) attended Summer Leadership Officers Training (SLOTS) in Swainsboro, GA.  Jayla is the Vice President, Sabrina is the secretary, and Nijavia is the assistant secretary of the chapter this year. While at the training, the girls participated in several team building and leadership activities and had fun learning about their upcoming responsibilities of the offices they hold. 

WWMS Fall Fundraiser

We are excited to announce our fall fundraiser!  Between August 18 and September 9, students will be selling Tritan Tumblers with WW logo.  These are quality tumblers with a lifetime warranty.  Students are encouraged to support the school by participating in the fundraiser.  Students who sell at least 5 items will receive an incentive  For more information, click on the links below.
